Bug Description
When the partition filter is used as a subfilter and has one or more categories selected and its parent filter is modified, the partition filter then only displays the categories that were originally selected and none of the other available categories. It maintains this state after the filter is turned off and will stay this way for a few minutes and then restore itself back to showing all possible categories for filtering.
