Log plugin does not log IRC joins/parts/kicks

Bug Description

Logging of joins, parts and kicks in IRC could, of course, be undesired. However, the channel in which I am running Ibid semi-regularly has conversations that do not make much sense when part, quit and especially kick messages are removed. This is therefore a feature request for optional logging of these status changes.

I should add that I have looked for this functionality in Pimpernel but I couldn't find it.

Are you sure they aren't logged, I see a reasonable amount of status events logged by tibid. (He's not curretnly running 0.1, but he was for the last week).

Do be aware that server disconnection isn't logged to channels, as it occurs "source-wide". The IRC server only sends us one event, not one per channel. We could synthesise them per-channel, but I'm not sure if our channel-membership tracking is reliable enough.

Well, the source looked like they should be logged at first glance, but my logfile didn't include them. I'll check some more.

A second check shows joins logged but user parts not so.

OK, I guess some testing is required
