ibid-setup may not add type for jabber source

Bug Description
The last bot I set up was for Jabber. I used ibid-setup, but it did not specify the source type in the config file, which resulted in an ImportError at startup when Ibid tried to load a module with the source's name. Adding the line "type = jabber" (with correct indentation) allowed connection.

The reason we never caught this before is that by default, the type is set to the source name and the default source name for jabber is... jabber.
