Bug Description
It would be nice to have a way to configure the input process, for example :
* suppress the automatic search for duplicates that can be a bit overkill when a site is starting and is pretty empty (you can enable it when you start having duplicates)
* make the "solution" part optionnal, sometimes ideatorrent can be used for users to submit ideas... they don't necessarily know what solution to adopt
* make description optionnal, sometimes the title is enough
