Bug Description
The new synchroniser currently doesn't support any form of duplicate bookmark detection. This is mainly a problem when setting up Bindwood on a new machine. The existing bookmarks won't be annotated, so we don't currently detect whether they are the same as any bookmarks currently in Bindwood.
