Bug Description

Engineers (among them Julian) have been having trouble updating the EC2 test AMI because their LC_TIME was set to something the virtual machine image didn't recognize.

It seems to work. I generated image 509 with my LC_TIME set to en_DK (so I get sensible ISO 8601 dates).
