Bug Description

Haguichi crashes every time I double click on any listed user.

Also, crashes if I right click on any user and select 1 of these options:

Browse Shares
View Remote Desktop
Ping

Happens on Ubuntu 10.10 and with Ubuntu 10.10 Server.

OK, just found out I can run "haguichi -d" to get a log. :)

Log attached.

Crash happens at line 62, that is when I simply doubled clicked on a random user.

Hi war59312,

Thanks for your bug report. Please tell me, do you experience this issue only with "Show Offline Members" turned off?

I be darn, indeed. Nice catch. :)

So yes if "Show Offline Members" is enabled then no crash or errors.

With "Show Offline Members" disabled then crashes and errors.

Nice find! Thanks for work around.

Great, then the fix I'm working on should completely cover this issue. It's a mismatch between the TreeView and the TreeStore data. The data is filtered and then sorted, but apparently it should be sorted and then filtered... :)

Changed in haguichi:
status: New → In Progress
importance: Undecided → High
assignee: nobody → Stephen Brandt (ztefn)
milestone: none → 1.0.6
