Bug Description
The Unity settings (currently accessed through CCSM) should be available in a tab (titled something like "Desktop") in Gnome settings' Appearance dialog. This tab should only be visible when in a Unity 3D session.
This will allow users to tweak Unity without having to use CCSM.

There are very few Unity settings required. What's in CCSM includes a
lot of exploratory options, many of which will be removed in due course
as the design settles. So please don't just map what's there to
Appearance settings :-)
