               this:
14:35 < tibid> draw [my <weapon>]
14:35 < tibid> bam|pew|bang|kapow|pewpew|holyhandgrenadeofantioch
14:35 < tibid> I challenge <user> to a duel [over <something>]
14:35 < tibid> I demand satisfaction from <user> [over <something>]
14:35 < tibid> I throw the gauntlet down at <user>'s feet [over <something>]

The usage for starting a duel should come before in-duel usage.
