Binary package hint: compiz

This is a meta-bug to track the slow Compiz startup for 11.04:

 - Need to compile plugins into core (dlopen is slow)
 - strace to find out where we're opening files we don't need to be
 - Figure out what we can parallelize
 - Figure out what we can delay on an idle timer
 - Daily bootcharts

Startup performance results for Natty don't indicate that compiz is introducing any slowdown by itself. We'll reconsider this task only if further results prove there is an interesting gain to get with compiz.

Just a comment here: David already mentioned it on IRC, but probably it would be good to add a new item on the initial tasks:

  - Check if the startup time with a11y enabled is worse or not
     - Apply previous items with a11y enabled

Results from the QA team didn't show regressions in the startup time, or anything that could be attributed to Unity or Compiz.
