system hangs while installing bugzilla in lucid

Bug Description
Binary package hint: bugzilla
I'm installing bugzilla on a lucid VM (used by my school's computer science dept.), and the two times I've attempted to install it, the installation hangs (as it's a VM, I decided to let it run for a full day in order to ensure that it had sufficient time to run). I also tried installing bugzilla on my native Debian install, and it worked just fine.
This is where it hangs in the process (copying the last line from apt's output):
run-parts: executing /etc/bugzilla3/
