Bug Description

The volume popup (with he slider) on a click comes normally, and when the volume awn icon is clicked again, if no window is painted under it(ie on a desktop), it remains on the screen. Anything painted to the screen on top erases that part of it, though. Running awn 4.0, packages are 4.0-2 and 4.0-3 from the standard debian unstable repos. Graphics card is intel GMA 4500MHD. Running compiz 8.4, bug does not occur under metacity even with compositing enabled. OK so the bug is probably in compiz and this was pointless but it was annoying - I'm new to bug reporting. Thanks.

Does this happen with compiz only with the popup of volume control or also other applets?

Only with that popup, no other applet, and I've never had something behave like this before.

Could you attach a screenshot to the bug? (See the link below the comment form) It would be nice if you could test this with awn-extras 0.4.1
