Bug Description
One major use case for 'ec2 land' is landing branches that belong to someone without commit access, and I sometimes use lp-land for the same purpose (generally after an ec2 landing has been rejected because Launchpad is in testfix mode by the time the branch is submitted to PQM). For these cases, I don't need a local checkout of the branch I'm landing. lp-land should not require me to have one.
