Bug Description

Recently, the systray supports skype's icon due to Mark's request.
The issue with the icon is that it shows up on top of everything, for example watching a movie in VLC of going fullscreen in chromium and it's also clickable.
The icon also has issues with the compiz expose mode, despite the virtual desktops being showed off without having a panel at all, the icon moves to the relative position.

Yeah, I can't quite tell, because when I pick the session, it's all translated into romanian, in a kind of crappy fashion...
