Bug Description

We had discussion with Baron and as outcome, we need to rename next variables:

LOG_SLOW_TIMESTAMP_EVERY
to log_slow_timestamp_always

LOG_WARNINGS_SILENCE to
LOG_WARNINGS_suppress

SLOW_QUERY_LOG_MICROSECONDS_TIMESTAMP
That should be slow_query_log_timestamp_precision=<second,microsecond>

> USE_GLOBAL_LOG_SLOW_CONTROL

I think that should be slow_query_log_use_global_control.

> USERSTAT_RUNNING

Change to userstat=<on,off>

to correspond to MariaDB

sorry, one more quick fix
log_slow_timestamp_always to rename to
slow_query_log_timestamp_always

to have the same prefix with all slow_query_log* variables.

As this was way back in 5.5.9 days, i'm assuming this is 'fix released' and closing accordingly.
