Unity launcher is hidden under fullscreen Chrome, but recieves mouse clicks

I have the the Unity Launcher set up to dodge active window. When I use Chrome (did not try with other app) in fullscreen (F11), the lauchpad is hidden bellow the window, but receives mouse clicks. I found that out when I tried to bring in a map in google maps. The + button did not do anything, but it did started several Nautilus windows which have the button in the same place as the zoom in button in google maps..

elPraga, have you tried with untiy 3.6.0? This is no longer happening. Closing as "Fix Released".

I have the same problem, and I'm using Unity 4.12.0-0ubuntu2. When I reset unity, it works for a while, then it breaks again.
