option for info panel to remain open

I'd like to make a fairly simple request for this.

If can an option be added where if you have a monster or object targeted, then the info panel can be set to remain open, rather than having to hover the mouse over it? Or possibly a fade time control slider, so it doesn't vanish before you can take in all the data? I think it would help a lot of players who are more keyboard style than mouse use style, since that would work well with using Tab to select targets.
