Please sync scribus-ng 1.4.0.dfsg~rc1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

I've just uploaded the first RC for 1.4.0 to Debian. It's a good time to update the vastly outdated and relatively a lot buggier 1.3.8 currently in Natty.

Changelog entries since current natty version 1.3.8.dfsg-1.1:

scribus-ng (1.4.0.dfsg~rc1-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * 1st Release Candidate for new stable 1.4.0 (Closes: #577636, #607663,

   * debian/compat: Changed debhelper compatibility level to 7 as nothing

     - Removed armel and hurd-i386 build architectures.
   * debian/changelog:
     - Changed through copyright time from 2008 to 2011.

scribus-ng (1.3.9.dfsg+svn20110107-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * Upstream svn update with a number of bug fixes.
   * Switched to 3.0 (quilt) source package format. See below:
   * debian/source/format: added this file with "3.0 (quilt)".
   * debian/control:
     - Removed build-depends on dpatch.
     - Added build-depends on quilt for the pbuilder.
   * debian/rules: Removed dpatch stanzas.

scribus-ng (1.3.9.dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * New upstream release.
   * debian/control:
     - Updated build-depends on libpodofo-dev to libpodofo0.8.4.
     - Updated build-depends on libqt4 to the current minimum of 4.6.

Thanks a lot Oleksandr! I updated the bug report a bit to follow the SyncRequest guidelines.
The package builds fine under natty (amd64) -- see the attached pbuilder log.
