Icon theme "Dropline Neu" looks like "GNOME"

Can you run the following command in a terminal:
sudo apt-get install libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 --reinstall

logout/login and report if it helps. This is probably a duplicate for bug 719861

No, that didn't help.

Other icon themes do work and Dropline Neu also works in some places, for example Firefoxs back and forward buttons. The file open dialog of Firefox has the icons of GNOME-theme, xfapplet-settings has Dropline Neu icons.

I restarted, but it didn't help.
