Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

Every time I move a window to another workspace, it's lower than it's previous position in the old workspace. The amount that it is lowered seems to be the height of the title bar. If I move it again to another workspace, it's lowered yet again by the same amount.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Switch to Normal or Extra Visual Effects (System --> Preferences --> Appearance --> Visual Effects)
2. Configure the system to have more than 1 workspace
3. Put a window against the top or bottom edge of the screen (this makes it easier to see the problem).
4. Right-click on the title bar of a window, and move the window to another workspace using Move to Workspace Right/Left/Up/Down or Move to Another Workspace

Expected: The window remains in the same location in the new workspace (in this case at the top/bottom edge)

Actual: The window is moved down by the height of the title bar from its original position in the old workspace.

My problem seems to be nearly opposite of the problem in this bug:
