Bug Description

Standardize method interface. This change threatens backward compatibility.

Current interface:
E_FRONTEND Exporting Type /TOOLKIT/E_SEPARATOR_FRONTEND File Separator Frontend
E_SERVER Exporting Type /TOOLKIT/E_SEPARATOR_SERVER File Separator Server

New Interface:
I_SYSTEM Importing Type /TOOLKIT/E_SYSTEM 'F' System
RESULT Resulting Type /TOOLKIT/E_SEPARATOR File Separator
