Bug Description
In revision 110, the application does not close correctly when I click on "x" of the main window, or when I do "quit" from the command line. The one does not close the other it seems. The closure works via system tray icon.

when you click on X on the main window it is hidden in the systray (if it is enabled), so it's a normal behaviour.
when you write quit on terminal console it should close the entire program but really it doesn't do that. I'll work on this bug tonight.
