Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
After a install from todays ubiquity image my system did not have a /home/$user dir. This looks like a problem with the way the @home snapshot is used.

It appears that the problem is that "/@" is created with mode 0700. Correcting this makes it work just fine. So this is just a dupe.
