Please sync mlt from debian unstable (0.6.2-2). MLT is an open source multimedia framework, designed and developed for television broadcasting and for example needed by kdenlive and OpenShot.

  * Added always_active property to affine transition.
  * Fix building on NetBSD.

    The recommended version of FFmpeg for use with this release is 0.6.1.
