Bug Description
When displayed on a narrow (24 pixel) horizontal dock, Digital Clock applet is usable only if it shows just the clock. When date is also shown, clock is displayed in the upper right with a smaller font and date is in the lower left part with an unreadable font. "Date bellow clock" only makes things even smaller.
"Date in line with the clock" option would display date next to the clock, like a classic gnome-date applet does: "Tue, Feb 15 15:30". Simple and useful.
I can attach some screenshots if I didn't explain this well enough.
