Merge with Debian 2.33.6-1

Use the latest libsoup, required for webkit 1.3.11 (bug 718474). Requires glib-networking to be in main (bug 718477)

Seb, can you do the merge from Debian? I wasn't sure if this would be compatible with existing applications/libraries, but I recompiled most of them here and aren't seeing any major problems:
