Bug Description
Each User with a Public Profile has a list of Services. The only services that is not displayed is email.
Currently, if a User only has an email address, the profile page contains a Services header with no content beneath it.
If there is no content to display under the Services header, then the entire header should be hidden.
To fix:
Change the Services widget on the public profile to display only if the user has at least one entry in ppl_service_users

Ok, I wrapped the 'Services content around some sql that checks for entries & it's now removing the section if no services exist.
