Apps should have generic titles

Bug Description
Midori means nothing to a user. It should either say:
Midori Web Browser
or
Web Browser
I'm thinking the first option is better as the second might cause issues if there's more than one app of a given type installed.

hm, so we need a new panel.xml, if you want you can suggest one panel.xml from you.
so basically what you need to do is this.
1. start a guest session.
2. configure the panel in the way that you want it
3. run "gconftool-2 --dump /apps/panel > panel.xml"
But the other languages could have problems with this.
