[Motherbord Asrock 880GMH/USB3]suspending to RAM and suspending to disk don't work

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

After pressing the "sleep"-key the screen gets blank for a second or two and then it turns on again and the network is disconnected. The same ist after clicking on "hibernate"
After disabling in BIOS the USB3 port the system can be suspended to RAM, but waking up is impossible. The fun turns on, but the keyboard, the mouse and the screen don't.
The bug apears in Ubuntu 10.04 and 10.10. 64 bit

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the stable release - Oneiric Ocelot.
