Bug Description
Binary package hint: transmission
Lenovo R500 Ubuntu 10.10 64bit, every time I try to open any folder in the "Places" menu (be it Downloads, Pictures, Documents) on my tool bar I get the message "Couldn't add corrupt torrent" and then immediately the Transmission opens on its' own. If the transmission is open while I am trying to open a folder I get the message "Transmission cannot be started"

Hi Will,
Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. This sounds like it might be some kind of configuration issue with your system, rather than a bug with the Transmission application. If you log in under a different account, does the problem persist?
