Bug Description

I used a daily build DVD of natty (after alpha 1) to install it. While a system upgrade this error occured, the upgrade process continued.

Right, you have -nvidia installed and there is no compatible -nvidia driver for the new X server yet. So the error is right and proper for you - if you need to use -nvidia stick with the older X. If you really need to run the newer X or just want to be fully up to date on natty, you'll need to uninstall nvidia and use the nouveau driver until we get an updated driver.
