bind should have an option to use the remembered push location

Bug Description

I often find myself wanting to bind to a branch that I've pushed to a remembered location a few times, but then have to manually specify the location again in the bind command. It would be handy to be able to do something along the lines of:

bzr bind --push-location

I did think --push, but then though that could imply that the operation would actually do some pushing, which it wouldn't.

You can use the location alias and `bzr bind :push`
