Links on the right of the dashboard should reload in the dashboard

At present, the task links and people links on the left-most column of the dashboard will load the content of the link into the two right-most columns of the dashboard.

In contrast, links on the right side of the dashboard tend to load a new page. These links include but are may not be limited to:

Latest Stories (user name, story title)
  Username should load the profile page.
  Story name should load just the story

Recent Portraits
  Each image should load the user profile

Needs a Story
  Works as expected: loads the user profile

Needs a Photo
  Works as expected: loads the use profile

To fix this, change the appropriate links in Latest Stories and Recent Portraits to the type <a rel="profile_container" rev="#view_details" href=".....">

There may be some extra work to assure that Stories display correctly when loaded in the dashboard.

I've added appropriate ajax-i-ness to the above mentioned sections, as well as adjusting the dashboard css to display the story page correctly when it's displaying inside of the dashboard page.

The 'Recent Portraits' section has been updated as well, but I can't confirm this is working, as I have no recent portraits. Can someone else make sure this is working as expected? I'm going to mark this task complete & if the portraits section needs to be updated again, this can be re-opened.
