My story.
I've run before Kubuntu Maverick and downloaded KDE and Ubuntu’s Alpha it's work just fine in-till the Alpha 2 came, then the hole computer stops and I've got black and white lines. I've downloaded the Kubuntu Alpha 2 cd and got the same, tried out the Ubuntu Natty and now I've got the same lines but in colour :-)
I can send you the cd, but I've wouldn’t try to install Alpha 2 again. I've always have problem with Ubuntu Alpha 2 Lucid and Maverick and now Natty ;-)

I'm sorry, I forgot to tell you that I've Kernel 2.6.38-2, 2.6.38-3

I've try install again, but it's the same result. Only different now was that Ctrl + F10 didn’t work but Ctrl + F1 did.

Now I've install A3 and have not that kind of problem. When you reed this I've unsubscribe, sorry but better late than newer :P
