Bug Description
Owners viewing the public profile of a user they own should see a link to the private profile page. The link should have the same position and design as the link from the private profile to the public one (a different bug that has also not been implemented at the time of filing).

I've added a similar link to view the private profile, if you're logged in & the owner of the public profile currently displaying. Again, if style or content adjustments need to be made, a singular bug can be filed requesting updates for both.
