Bug Description
I get this warning on the console while running the launcher and while I have some favorites in the gconf list that point to desktop files that don't exist anymore:
Unity 2D Launcher: [WARNING] QFileSystemWatc
Unity 2D Launcher: [WARNING] Favorite application not added due to desktop file missing or corrupted
The QFileSystemWatcher warning is not causing any problems but should be fixed anyway.
