means that your disk got full at some point during the upgrade, and the postinst script for libxcb-shm0 was empty. You need to manually recover from the error, by cleaning up the disk to free some space, and then by reinstalling libxcb-shm0 ("apt-get install --reinstall libxcb-shm0")
