Sync libcommons-jexl-java 1.1-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Binary package hint: libcommons-jexl-java

This package does not currently generate and install Maven artifacts to /usr/share/maven-repo.

I need this so that I can work on packaging Jenkins for Ubuntu which requires Java libraries to be available to its Maven based build system.

OK so this got accepted into Debian much faster than I anticipated; I've deleted the merge proposal and will convert this bug into a sync request.
