package phpmyadmin 4:3.3.2-1 failed to install/upgrade: підпроцес installed pre-removal script повернув статус помилку 128

After I install phpmyadmin it not work, so I decided to uninstall it, then install again. However, during the uninstallation proses stopped on 12%, сontinue 2 hours it not move. I had a need to reboot the system, so not wait when complete uninstall I restarted ubuntu. Then problem start.
