Bug Description

Please sync scanerrlog 2.01-4 from Debian unstable (main).

The Ubuntu changes are:
 - build with python2.4
 - add python-setuptools to build-depends
 -> both fixed in the Debian package

The package builds clean in a feisty pbuilder.
