Bug Description

The Search page returns results matching either People or Stories.

People search will attempt to match the query to a user's name.

Stories search will attempt to match the query to the story title or body.

In addition, the Stories search should also attempt to match the query to a story about a user whose *name* matches the query.

It's easy enough I think to just click through a user's name to read their stories. If the user's name is mentioned in his stories or someone else's stories, those stories will already show up.
