The search bar in the header should return a list of public profiles if the visitor is not logged in

If a visitor entering a query into the search bar while not logged in will be redirected to a sign-up page.

Instead, they should be taken to the /search page but only served a list of public profiles. If there are no matches for public profiles or stories, they should see "No contacts found" and "No stories found"

To fix this, change the search widget (54):

Switch out the Content from a Redirect to a copy of the Authorized Content field.

Override widgets 55 and 93 with select queries for results on public profiles only.
