development focus of debian should be sid

Bug Description

At the moment Launchpad's idea of Debian's development focus in <https://launchpad.net/debian> is 'squeeze', but it would be better to make it just stay on 'sid' which more closely corresponds to the development trunk.

See mail thread "[Launchpad-dev] development focus series for 'Debian' in Launchpad"

I don't know at the moment how to make that switch occur.

Apparently wgrant fixed it this morning. Setting <https://launchpad.net/debian/sid> to 'active development' is the equivalent of making it the focus.

Does that need to be done for every project, though?
(debian/squeeze/project should use debian/sid/project as its stacking
parent.)

The new wheezy branches will use sid as their parent, but we do need to unstack sid and restack lenny and squeeze. That's bug #714414, and I will hopefully land a script for that later this week.

Those would be packages, not projects.

I believe that the stacking policy for distro packages is done by one
rule across the distro, and they don't have individual development
focuses.
