The Find Portraits task is being added repeatedly to the task list after photostream sync, even if the task already exists.

The current fix is to just delete the task and then add it again.
A more complicated solution would check if the task exists. If it doesn't, then add it. If it does exist, make sure it is set up "update" and updated the created_at date.
