xscorch crash when creating server

Binary package hint: xscorch

run xscorch, go to Network menu, select Create server and press ok
and xscorch will crash. This is 100% reproducible.

I tried this in Hardy, I still get it.

Changing to Confirmed as I still get the same thing.

In Xubuntu 7.10, happens the same: when i try to run xscorch server, the program crashes. I have tryed this from the graphical interface (game menu) and from console (xscorch --server).
Hope a solution.

Hi guys,

I am the Debian maintainer for xscorch. This bug is in the new xscorch package as well. I'm not sure how it is usually done so could someone escalate this bug to debian's xscorch package? The bug will be resolved in the next upstream release of xscorch Real Soon Now (tm).

This is resolved in 0.2.1~pre2-1 in Debian. I believe it is not yet resolved in Ubuntu.

This should be fixed in Ubuntu 10.10. If you check that it still doesn't work there, please reopen this bug.
