Bug Description

Binary package hint: pithos

This appears to be caused by the latest snapshot of pygobject that was uploaded today

This crash happens just starting pithos with python-gobject = 2.27.0+git20110131-0ubuntu2

Downgrading python-gobject to 2.27.0+git20110108-0ubuntu1 fixes it.

"It crashes" is a little vague -- what steps do I have to take to make it crash? With pygobject 2.27.0+git20110131-0ubuntu2 it starts up here, I get the account dialog, I cancel that (I don't have a pandora account), and then I get the main window. When clicking around I get messages like

    self.current_song.message = "Error: "+str(err)
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'message'

but these are programming bugs (not checking for not having a current song), and don't actually crash the program.

Changed in pygobject (Ubuntu):
