Bug Description
Currently agents which do external interaction (provisioning or machine), get logs filled with boatloads of almost worthless garbage from the twisted framework (starting httpclient, stopping httpclient), we should only log stuff from twisted that hits an error level, the info messages from it are copious garbage.
