Lotus Notes and Eclipse don't have menus

Bug Description
I've been trying Unity 2D and like it. Apart from custom launchers not behaving, the only issue I've encountered is when using Eclipse or Lotus Notes.
They don't get a menu in the main unity bar. The menu is not present within the application window either so I'm unable to fully interact with either. I'm guessing it's something to do with them being Java RCP applications.
(I'd also much prefer that the menu is visible in the unity bar all the time, I don't like it being hidden by the window title but that's another Cr/bug).

Eclipse and Lotus both uses SWT, which needs to be patched to support unity-style menubars.
