base_iban : Iban read only

Hello,

Version : Latest Stable

When you install a new localisation like l10n_ch, it install base_iban automatically.
in base_iban Iban field is set to readonly, so you cannot create new Iban Bank account.

just change the bank type from the default value to whatever you want.
and miracles happen :-)

at least this is how it works here.

But After select Bank Type = " IBAN Account ", its work as expected.
So, Would you please check it again?

Thanks for your email but :
When you select DTA-IBan (from l10n_ch) or IBAN Account from the bank type.
it doesn't change the IBAN field in Read-write mode.
In the GTK client it works fine.
BUT not in the Web client.
