Which bug did You refer to exactly?
I have found only this one: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/674820 and it seems it is something a little different. The invisible apps he is refereing to do appear in the launcher, but the ones I refer to do not apper in the launcher, nor can be focussed by Ctrl+Tab switching.

The only way I know they are there is that the desktop does not respond in some areas, and the cursor changes to imput one if I am in an input area in the invisible app.

It happened several times when starting apps from guake terminal, but it did not happen every time.

I think it sould be reopened.

Whan kind of information can I add when it happens again?

It was a compiz bug: #709461 (that's why I told it was a compiz bug). No need to reopen this one.

no worry, this one was tricky, just think that unity bugs can be compiz bugs in fact. So if you can double-check, that would be awesome!

Thanks again ;)
