Binary package hint: unity
Sometimes when starting programs - or from Nautilus via double click - or from grun - the program window is invisible. It lives in a strage way. Sometimes its menus appear when clicking on a desktop, but it does appear in amongs launched applications.
It appeared after last updates in Natty.
